BENIFITS OF RECITING SUREH AL IKHLAS

Whoever recites this surah hundred times before going to sleep Allah would forgive his sins comitted in forty years.
Whoever recites this surah in his obligatory salats Allah grants him good in this world as well as in the next life and forgives him,
I
mam Jafar al Sadiq a.s said that in salats this surah or surah al Kafirun can be recited in place of any other surah but no other surah should be recited in place of these two surahs.
Imam Ali ibn abi Talib a.s said: “Whoever recites surah al Ikhlas before dawn whatever frightens him would disappear,
he would not make any error that day however Iblis might try.

One day the Holy Prophet saww  said:  O Ali! Sura tul Ikhlaas personifies you.
  • Whoever recites Sura tul Ikhlaas once, will receive the sawab of reciting 1/3rd  of the Quran
  • He who recites it twice will have recited 2/3rd  of the Quran
  • And whosoever recites it thrice will receive the sawab of reciting the whole Quran.
 In the same way,
·       The one who loves you with his heart, will receive the sawab of 1/3rd of Islam.
·       He who loves you with his heart and praises you with his tongue, will receive the sawab of 2/3rdof Islam
·       And he who loves you with his heart, praises you with his tongue and assists you with his hands, indeed his Islam is complete.
Reciting the surah a 100 times after every farizat  namaaz gives the reciter immense sawab. On the Day of Judgment, this person will walk across the pul a siraat (path), with Jibrael leading him. This momin will look into jahannam and pick out those people whom he knows, whatever their sins would be except shirk (polytheism), the people he picks out will be admitted to jannat because of his intercession.

The role of Surah Al Ikhlas in Namaz e Aztaghfar(tauba):
This surah has a very significant importance as it has been said to have rewards of reciting one third of Holy Quran, by Holy Prophet s.a.w.w, therefore its importance is unquestionable. Even in namaz e tauba , Sureh al Fatiha, Sureh Al-Falaq and Sureh An Nas is recited once, but Sureh al Fatiha is recited three times.
